This past week completed week 7 of training for my first RAGNAR race (March 11 - 17)! Race day is getting closer, and it's starting to feel real now! The time seems to be flying by, which generally tends to happen once we move into Spring. I had 3 run days for this week with good distances and decent speeds (3.3, 4.3 and 6.0 distances).
I have been supplementing my running with a boxing/strength conditioning combo class on Wednesday mornings along with a couple of dance classes. We had some really nice days with the sun out which makes me want to get outside so that has helped with the consistency. I am really looking forward to warmer days and less layers of clothes. We are anticipating it will be warm by the time of our race weekend.
