I renewed my Gibbs Gardens membership for 2024 and had a great inaugural visit for the year! The gardens recently reopened at the beginning of March after completing a winter break. If you haven't been before, I highly recommend visiting and considering an annual membership. It's located in Ball Ground, Georgia, and worth the drive to see the expansive gardens which change with different colors and features throughout the seasons. The scenery always provides much inspiration to me.
During my trip, I saw the most people I've ever seen visiting the Gardens. It helped that we had mild, sunny weather after several days of rain. My mission for this trip was to seek out and admire the seasonal daffodils and tulips, and mission accomplished! I plan to return later in the season to see more daffodils and tulips followed by the water lilies and Japanese Gardens in bloom which are my highlights.
